With a first-of-its-kind modular design, you can customize the surface with the modules you need to match your current workflow for the greatest cost efficiency, and scale the surface—horizontally and vertically—as your business grows. Choose a pre-configured S6 M10 or S6 M40 surface with the options you need or, with S6 M40, customize the surface even further with different channel control combinations.

Mix smarter with superior ergonomics
S6 acts and feels like a physical extension of your software, providing a truly intuitive and immersive experience. Turn around projects faster with high precision editing and mixing control at your fingertips. Quickly access and edit plug-ins, surround panning, and more with the multipoint touchscreen. And see every detail of your mix with unprecedented visual feedback, including waveform scrolling.

Get intelligent studio control

Pair S6 with Pro Tools and you gain the Avid advantage of faster workflows, extended visual feedback, and unique features to accelerate your efficiency every step of the way. And extend your control to Logic Pro, Nuendo, and other EUCON™-enabled DAWs, enabling you to mix projects on multiple workstations simultaneously and switch out sessions in seconds—all from a single control surface.

Proven and trusted technology
S6 delivers incredible workflow acceleration, highly responsive handling and deep DAW integration—all built on proven technology, trusted by top audio professionals in the most demanding production environments. The result: you get the exceptional, dynamic performance you need to deliver your best sounding mix possible—on time, every time.

Avid S6—Build your own surface
Because S6 can be scaled both horizontally and vertically using an array of surface modules, you can configure it with the modules you need now to fit your budget, with room to expand as your needs grow. Choose one of the pre-configured systems or build your own. Here’s a look at the various modules and other hardware you can choose.

Master modules—The control surface engines
Master modules are the central hubs of your S6 surface. All surfaces must include a main engine, which provides touchscreen access and control, and you have a choice between two—S6 M40 or S6 M10. The S6 Automation Module complements both, providing controls for transport, automation and more. Here’s a closer look at these modules.
- M40 vs. M10 The engine you choose dictates the total number of modules you can include in your S6 and impacts its overall size and customizability. Choose the high-performance M40 for large-scale productions that require maximum channels, high-resolution metering screens, and customizability, or the more affordable M10 for productions that need to fit into smaller rooms and budgets. Both feature a tilting 12.1-inch multipoint touchscreen, eight adjacent rotary encoders, and dedicated knobs and keys for monitoring and global control, enabling you to view, access and edit different aspects of your mix—such as tracks, processing and metering—without mousing through menus.

- S6 Automation Module This master module is included in all pre-configured systems, but is an optional add when building your own S6 M40-based surface (though you’d probably want one). It features a full transport control section (including a shuttle/jog wheel), focus fader, automation control, color shortcut displays and switches, a numeric keypad, and more for writing automation and navigating projects.

Channel modules—The controls you want and need
Channel modules provide the control and feedback elements you need—from faders and knobs, to processing and metering. All modules feature reliable, high-speed Ethernet connectivity for easy set-up. Whether a pre-configured surface meets your needs or you want to mix and match modules in your own custom creation, here are the modules you can choose:
- S6 Fader Module
• Eight motorized faders
• Dual tri-color LED meters per channel (with gain reduction metering)
• Mute, solo, and other switches with color LEDs
• Control levels for eight simultaneous tracks

-S6 Knob Module
• 32 multicolor LED top-lit knobs (four per channel)
• 32 OLED displays for labels and visual feedback
• 11 function select switches per channel with color LEDs
• Works in conjunction with the Process Module
• Control up to 32 simultaneous encoder values; stack two Knob Modules (S6 M40-based surfaces only) to get up to nine knobs per channel

-S6 Process Module
• Eight multicolor LED top-lit knobs (one per channel)
• 22 function select switches per channel with color LEDs
• Eight OLED displays for labels and visual feedback
• Provides mode selectors for Knob Modules to control up to nine simultaneous encoder values

-S6 Display Module
• 8-channel high-resolution TFT display
• Integrated single board computer
• Available only with S6 M40 configurations
• Provides deep visual feedback, including channel names, audio meters, routing, groups, DAW affiliation, scrolling Pro Tools waveforms, and more

Frame components—For desk mixing or freestanding
All modules need to be housed in a frame, whether you place S6 on a studio desk or give it a leg assembly to stand on. Depending on the number of modules you choose, your surface can range from mid- to large-format. There are a number of frame assembly items available, from a full leg assembly to create a freestanding surface, to different size frame buckets and blank panels.

Surface options—Ergonomic extras to personalize your desk
Blank Panel—Cover empty module spaces with a smooth surface
Display VESA Arm—Mount your DAW monitor on the surface with an adjustable arm
Producer’s Desk—Integrate a keyboard and DAW display directly into your control surface
Sliding Keyboard Tray—Get hands-on with your computer keyboard wherever you’re sitting
Sliding Script Tray—Hold pen, paper and your personal devices within easy reach
Speaker Bridge Mount—Place speakers in an optimal position with the S6 frame

Phenix City First Assembly of God Looks to GC Pro

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, August 12, 2013 — Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users, has built a strong relationship with Jonathan “JT” Thornton, the Worship Pastor at Phenix City First Assembly of God, a “lively, upbeat, encouraging, and Spirit-led” church led by Senior Pastor Barry Danner in Phenix City, on the Alabama-Georgia state line. Thornton has been working closely with Brad Lyons, his Account Manager at the GC Pro office in Atlanta. “I need a trusting relationship with someone who can help me take my church forward, Thornton states. “I found that with GC Pro.”

Brad Lyons and his team worked closely with Thornton over the two years he’s been at the First Assembly of God church, helping him choose an entire new PA system for the main sanctuary, new projectors for the space’s video, and even two Yamaha keyboards for the church’s 10-piece praise band. GC Pro sourced a Yamaha LS9 console, an entire JBL VRX line array system, an Ashly Audio NE24.24 8 X 12 processor, Crown XTi power amplifiers and upgrades to the church’s existing Sennheiser evolution wireless microphone system, as well as BenQ SH960 6,000 lumen Projectors, Kramer VP728 Video Scaler/Switcher and Lyntec PDS-10 Power Sequencing system.

Thornton says there are two key principles that guide him: the need to find the equipment that best fits the church’s needs and that also best fits its budgets. “You need to have the quality that stands up over time and that keeps the church’s AV systems current for as long as possible, but I also have to be a steward of the church’s resources, to allow the technology to best further its evangelical goals in the community,” he explains. “To do that, I need a relationship with someone whom I trust who also knows what our goals are, knows the rooms we have to work in and understands our budget concerns.”

The collaboration with GC Pro has been a good one so far, and Thornton says some additional upgrades are under consideration, including possibly adding in-ear monitoring for the sanctuary stage. And through it all, he will turn to GC Pro: “I do have to do my due diligence and check out different options for equipment,” says Thornton. “You can call around and get quotes all day, but ultimately there are certain people you trust, and for me that someone has been Brad.”

Post Pro Looks to GC Pro for Neve Genesys

The control room at Raleigh, North Carolina-based facility Post Pro, featuring a Neve Genesys console sourced through GC Pro.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, August 5, 2013 — Matt Horton’s Raleigh, North Carolina-based facility Post Pro is a primer on what it takes to keep a commercial studio facility afloat and successful in an uncertain economy and in a secondary market. The most recent location opened last December, but Horton has done business in two other locations over the last two decades. Horton chose early on to diversify his services; he’s hosted recording, mixing and mastering sessions for a range of well-known artists including Matchbox Twenty, Big Daddy Kane, Evanescence, Swizz Beatz and Julio Iglesias, as well as audio post work for corporate clients like Winnow Creative and Brazilian filmmakers. Horton has also been overseeing a transfer of original two-track masters from legendary art rockers Devo. Horton notes, “The way we’ve made it work is to be able to do it all, a bit of everything that the client could need,” from basic tracks to mixing, mastering and video post, to CD and DVD duplication and even audio restoration and forensics services. With the opening of the new complex, Horton sourced a Neve Genesys console through Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users.

The tracking room at Raleigh, North Carolina-based facility Post Pro. The facility features various gear, including a Neve Genesys console, sourced through GC Pro.

The new studio facility consisting of the following spaces: Studio A’s large tracking room and spacious control room, the latter centered around a 24-channel Genesys console with Neve 1073 microphone preamps and Neve 1084 equalizers on each channel and Avid Pro Tools HD and Studer and Tascam analog multitrack recorders; a smaller preproduction studio loaded with over 30 vintage and new hardware synths and drum machines; and the Video Post Suite featuring a Euphonix MC Pro control surface and Blackmagic Design hardware.

Horton notes, “That [Genesys] console is amazing, and having the 1073 microphone preamps on it just takes it to another level,” he says. “You’d actually have to work to make it sound bad. It just sounds great naturally, as soon as you turn it on.”

There’s lots of other gear, esoteric and otherwise, much of it sourced through GC Pro. Horton says they were the only place in the country that could get him the Neve Genesys, which he says he bought before he ever actually heard it. “I’ve worked on a Neve many times and I know what a 1073 sounds like, and it just makes me gush inside,” he notes. “Getting that Neve console was a very happy moment – I was blown away by it. It just sounded like heaven.” Horton says that GC Pro has been a resource for him for most of the years he’s owned Post Pro, and he’ll be back there in the near future to add more Neve 1084 preamp/EQ modules for channels 17-24 on the Genesys.

GC Pro isn’t just a resource when he’s at the studio, though. Horton fondly recalls them being able to deliver a Roland Fantom-G6 workstation keyboard to him while he was on the road with Guns N’ Roses. “I was programming keyboards for them and I called and asked if they could get the workstation to me ASAP,” he recalls. “And it was waiting for me when I got to the hotel. They take care of me in the studio and on the road.”

Slate RAVEN MTX: FAQ

The Slate RAVEN MTX is a revolutionary product for professional audio, so it's only natural that everyone has a lot of questions about what it is, how it integrates into a studio, and what advantages it presents. Slate Audio has provided this FAQ that will answer everything you ever wanted to know about RAVEN, and more. To get a demo of the RAVEN, contact your GC Pro representative here.

Q: What is The RAVEN?
A: The RAVEN is a state of the art Multitouch Production Console and DAW controller, compatible with all major DAWs. RAVEN ships with Pro Tools 10 & 11 compatibility and will soon offer other DAWs, such as Logic and Cubase/Nuendo, Live etc.

Q:  Does The RAVEN need a computer to run?
A:  Yes, your computer.  The RAVEN runs on the same computer as your DAW and is used as the main display.  You can use additional displays if your computer supports them.

Q: How does The RAVEN work?
A: The RAVEN is cutting edge hardware and the world’s only multitouch DAW controller on a Mac allowing you to touch the DAW itself, not an external device.  RAVEN integrates with your DAW, allows for instantaneous control of all of the user’s DAW parameters, and adds many workflow enhancing features through its user-customizable controls.

Q:  How do I hook up The RAVEN?
A:  RAVEN is plug-n-play.  Just like a computer display and a USB device.  All you need is one standard DVI cable and one USB 2.0 connection from your computer.  Industry standard DB25 audio cables and breakouts connect to your audio interface, speakers, and/or patchbay. For more information, watch the “Raven QuickStart” video available on SlateDigitalTV via YouTube.

Q:  Will my arms get tired?
A:  Our arms are feeling great!  The Slate team found the ideal ergonomic relationships that make up the RAVEN MTX console.  Moving your arms, hands and fingers around the multitouch screen is fast, fun, intuitive and promotes good health.

Q: How is the RAVEN Mixer different from the mixer in my DAW?
A: The RAVEN turns your DAW mixer a multitouch controller.

Q: How does the RAVEN Software connect to my DAW?
A:  RAVEN programming team created the RAVEN Protocol which connects to your DAW via the industry standard NeyFi protocol.  No ethernet or MIDI required.

Q: Am I able to use more than one finger to touch the RAVEN?
A: RAVEN enables the user to have multitouch access to one’s essential mixing tools with up to twelve simultaneous touch points.  Editing is done with direct single touch.

Q: Are Plugins touch capable as well?
A: Yes! Reach out and touch your plugins.  Manufacturers are developing multitouch plugins for RAVEN.  In the case of really small plugin GUI controls, a mouse or trackball works great.

Q:  What do RAVEN’s analog components do?
A:  RAVEN provides high-resolution analog monitoring in stereo and 7.1 surround for the ultimate clear monitoring experience.

Q: Is the RAVEN a computer audio interface?
A: No, the RAVEN does provide pristine analog monitoring for multiple sources, headphones and speakers.  You will continue to use your converters and preamps as normal.

Q:  What does The RAVEN sound like?
A:  The RAVEN Mixer software does not process audio, rather it provides multitouch control of your DAW which is ideally running the industry’s best plugins from Slate Digital and Steven Slate Drums.

Q:  Why does The RAVEN also include a keyboard and trackball area?
A:  Our multitouch mixer, customizable toolbar and Direct DAW Touch promote fast, intuitive workflows.  Sometimes it’s easier to type on the keyboard, especially if you’re emailing and some operations work great using a traditional trackball.  We recommend a hybrid approach.

Q:  How will the large display affect the sound of my speakers?
A:  RAVEN’s acoustic characteristics are an improvement upon traditional consoles and work surfaces.  Here’s what world renown studio architect and master acoustician Wes Lachot had to say:  “The good news about your console design – the 40° angle precludes the comb filtering effect of a typical console.  That’s something you can advertise – that’s a cool thing.”

Q:  What’s the effect of working close to a large display?
A:  The RAVEN display is LED backlit, which means it consumes very little power and emits less EMI.  The image is clear and the brightness controls make it easy to set up to your liking.  Our Samsung display will last 5-7 years running 24 hours a day.

Q: What is the resolution of the screen?
A: HD resolution.  1920×1080 pixels.

Q: Can I attach an additional display?
A: Yes, if your computer can.  On a Mac, additional displays can be configured in the System Preferences of your computer.   Note: Additional displays will not be touch capable, unless it is a RAVEN.

Q: What do I do if something happens to my screen, or it goes out?
A: The Raven is designed to be easily serviceable. In the case of screen damage, we can ship a new screen and have it installed into the unit. The serviceability and cost of most components are substantially below that of replacing a single hardware fader of an analog console.

Q: How hot does The RAVEN get?
A: The Raven consumes very little power and therefore produces little heat.  It’s difficult to detect any temperature increase on the display surface itself.

Additional Answers:
Raven will first ship with Mac compatibility, but will also be Windows compatible.  Users also provide the audio interface of their choice.  Raven’s analog audio electronics connect simply and seamlessly to to DB25-equipped audio interfaces.  No patching is required to quickly switch between stereo and surround mixing and monitoring modes.

GC Pro and Malvicino Design Group Collaborate

— GC Pro is instrumental in outfitting three locations of the Monterrey Institute of Technology’s recently introduced audio production program —

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, May 22, 2013 — Mexico’s Monterrey Institute of Technology has been one of the leading institutions of higher education in Latin America since it was founded 70 years ago. Monterrey Tech (Tecnológico de Monterrey), as it’s also known, has over 90,000 students across 31 campuses in 25 cities in Mexico. In the last three years, the school instituted and expanded a highly successful audio production education curriculum that is now in place at three of its campuses: the school’s Monterrey headquarters, as well as the Santa Fe and new Mexico City campuses (both in the Mexico City metro area). Key equipment at all of the facilities supporting these audio production programs was sourced by Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users. Working with the New York City-based Malvicino Design Group – a leading design and consulting firm specializing in innovative architectural, acoustical and technical systems design and also a member of GC Pro’s Affiliate Program – GC Pro assured Monterrey Tech that they would have every piece of gear the school needed to make their audio production program as cutting-edge as possible.

The equipment lists for each campus are comprehensive and outfit all of the studios in ways that offer students a real-world environment for learning, and one with enough variation that will ready them for an increasingly complex audio technology landscape.

“That was one of the things that I really emphasized in my designs for the school,” explains Horacio Malvicino, President of the Malvicino Design Group. “You want all the studios to have the latest equipment, but I also wanted each room to have some outboard gear and other items that were unique to each room, so that students would encounter something new in each studio.”

Horacio Malvicino adds, “GC Pro and I have worked together on many projects in the past, and whether I work with them as a member of their Affiliate Program or I bring them to one of my projects as the supplier, as we did here, GC Pro proves time and time again that they are the best resource you can have.”

GC Pro Brings Video and Projection to Canaan Baptist

— Two Panasonic projectors now illuminate a pair of special-purpose Screen Innovations Black Diamond screens at large Wilmington house of worship —

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, March 18, 2013 — Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users, recently provided key video technology and installation services to the Canaan Baptist Church of Wilmington, Delaware. The large church wanted to add video capability for its services and turned to GC Pro for a turnkey, single-source solution.

GC Pro called upon Koko Brothers Entertainment, a veteran of its innovative and hugely successful Affiliate Program, which provides GC Pro customers with access to highly experienced AV systems designers ands integrators. Koko Brothers, based in the Baltimore area, did the video system design and installation, which saw two Panasonic 6,000-lumens PT-DW6300ULS projectors with Panasonic ET-DLE450 long-throw lenses and two Screen Innovations Black Diamond screens installed in the church.

The zero-edge Black Diamond screens, which can boost projector output considerably, were chosen because the church’s sanctuary enjoys a lot of natural illumination from several large windows. “The challenge here is that so much natural light can make video resolution a problem,” says Angelo Kokkinakos, Vice President of Koko Brothers Entertainment. “We knew the products that could best address these issues, and as always, GC Pro had access and availability for everything we needed to get the job done right. Working with GC Pro means never having to compromise.”

GC Pro Returns to Rubber Tracks

— As an authorized dealer for Panasonic Professional Products, GC Pro chooses PT-DX800ULS 8000-lumen XGA projector with ET-DLE150 lens for comprehensive projection system —

— All equipment was installed by GC Pro Affiliate Program member Koko Brothers Entertainment —

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, March 14, 2013 — Converse, Inc.’s innovative Brooklyn-based recording studio and live performance venue facility, Converse Rubber Tracks, is a community-based studio designed to generate interest in music recording and live music performance among young and aspiring artists. The facility was fully outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments sourced by Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users, for its opening two years ago. Now, GC Pro is back, supplying Rubber Tracks with a new round of technology that adds an entirely new video element to the facility.

Key items installed at Rubber Tracks late last year, in a large open multi-use and performance space between the facility’s two recording studios, include a Panasonic PT-DX800ULS 8000-lumen XGA projector with a Panasonic ET-DLE150 lens, a Da-Lite Cosmopolitan® Electrol® 106x188 projection screen, and a Gefen GTV-AUDDEc-N 4X1 HD switcher with integrated audio decoding. The installation was done by Baltimore area-based Koko Brothers Entertainment, a member of GC Pro’s innovative Affiliate Program.

What GC Pro was able to do was supply and coordinate a completely turnkey solution for Rubber Tracks. “All it took on the part of the client was a single phone call to set the entire process in motion,” says Billy Walker, Senior Account Manager, GC Pro Northeast / Mid-Atlantic, who had previously also matched Rubber Tracks up with GC Pro Affiliate program member Malvicino Design Group of Forest Hills, New York, which provided acoustical design and treatment for the facility. “We offered the customer several options in terms of equipment and helped them make decisions as to which ones were best suited for their needs. Then we connected them with our Affiliate Partner Koko Brothers Entertainment, who has done numerous projects for GC Pro customers. Basically, GC Pro made all the arrangements to assure that all of the equipment was there in time for the installer to work with it, and we’re here 24/7 if any issues arise after installation is complete. We take care of everything.”

Angelo Kokkinakos, Vice President of Koko Brothers Entertainment, adds that the synergy between their company and GC Pro was evident on this project. “Often, integrators find it challenging to work directly from a spec sheet that someone else created; with GC Pro, our understanding of each other’s strengths really plays to the customer’s advantage, since GC Pro lets us look at the project ourselves and make recommendations as to what products will work best,” he explains, noting that being able to see the Rubber Tracks performance space ahead of time led to his recommendation of a high-lumens projector to assure a high-definition result.

Says Walker in conclusion, “We find that our clients like this kind of comprehensive project management. It’s less for them to think about. One phone call, one payment, one vendor.”

GC Pro Goes Ivy League at Princeton

The outdoor seating area of the Cloister Inn Clubhouse on Princeton University’s Fraternity Row, which recently enjoyed a PA upgrade thanks to GC Pro and Koko Brothers Entertainment.

— GC Pro’s access to a wide range of products and its efficient Affiliate Program for AV systems integration offers the Cloister Inn clubhouse everything they need —

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, March 12, 2013 — Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users, was recently contacted for a PA upgrade to a clubhouse on the Princeton University’s Fraternity Row. GC Pro was able to supply a wide range of products and systems, as well as providing a complete turnkey proposition for the club with design assistance and systems installation by Koko Brothers Entertainment, based in the Baltimore area, a member of GC Pro’s innovative Affiliate Program.

The products installed for the Cloister Inn clubhouse at the famed Ivy League school include a B-52 MATRIX 2000 ACTIVE 1200-watt PA system, QSC AD-S82H eight-inch two-way and AD-S52W 5.25-inch speaker enclosures, a Crown XTi 2002 power amplifier, a dbx® 1261 10X6 ZonePRO® multi-zone processor with a dbx ZC9 and ZC1 wall-mount volume controls, and a Shure PGX24/SM58-H6 UHF handheld wireless microphone system.

“The club had some specific goals they wanted to accomplish,” recalls Angelo Kokkinakos, Vice President of Koko Brothers Entertainment, such as setting up a DJ position in a main room inside the clubhouse and extending the audio to an exterior deck. But they also wanted to stay within a budget. Kokkinakos says that GC Pro was able to source the niche B-52 PA system, which he describes as both cost effective and rugged, both critical characteristics for any college facility. The dbx ZonePRO offers the ability to keep the volume in check in different zones, important for avoiding noise complaints.

“GC Pro’s understanding of a wide range of equipment and their ability to source it make it the best resource there is for AV systems integration,” says Kokkinakos. “We never worry about availability of products, and we know that the equipment we need to do the job will always be there when we need it.”

GC Pro Is a Great Fit for Fit Revolution

Fit Revolution, an indoor cycling studio and “boot camp” fitness-training facility in the Boston suburb of North Reading, featuring a new A/V system spec’ed and installed by GC Pro.

— New Boston-area fitness center relied on GC Pro to outfit it with the best sound for spinning —

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, February 6, 2013 — Fit Revolution, an indoor cycling studio and “boot camp” fitness-training facility that opened last September in the Boston suburb of North Reading, keeps its hundreds of members in great shape with 22 stationary bicycles in its 800-square-foot studio. It also is one more example of how Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro), the outside sales division of Guitar Center that focuses on the needs of professional users, has helped a wide range of establishments, from restaurants to retail, get the right AV systems that fit the way they work and help boost their business.

GC Pro Senior Account Manager PK Pandey was referred to Fit Revolution Owner Michelle O’Connor by a colleague for whom GC Pro had recently installed a new sound system. “PK and I talked a bit about what I wanted to accomplish, and he seemed to understand it perfectly,” says O’Connor, who was also the PT Director at the Reading YMCA for four years. “I told PK that I had a budget to work with but that I was willing to pay for quality. I just trusted him to know what had to be done, and it turned out perfectly.”

Says Pandey, who heads up GC Pro’s Boston location, “Michelle and I had one meeting and we hit it off. I knew exactly what she was looking to do and how to help her achieve that. She now has the best sound system in a fitness club I know of. It sounds amazing.”

At Fit Revolution, GC Pro spec’ed and installed four Electro-Voice® EVID™ 8.2 Ceiling Series speakers and two Electro-Voice EVID 10.1 subwoofers, all powered through an Electro-Voice CPS2.6 amplifier and controlled via a Yamaha MG12 mixer. In addition, GC Pro installed a pair of American DJ® Mega Bar™ LED lights. “I liked that PK chose to use ceiling speakers,” O’Connor points out. “I’ve seen other fitness installations where the speakers are put in the corners and that tends to look cluttered and take up valuable floor space. PK recognized that floor space is part of the business model for a fitness center, so putting the speakers in the ceiling was the best way to go.”

O’Connor says the feedback from her clients about the sound quality has been great, as has GC Pro’s follow-up. “If there’s ever an issue, PK is right here with the solution,” she says. “It’s been a great experience working with GC Pro. I’m glad someone recommended them to me, and I’ll be happy to do the same for someone else.”
